Working closely with our clients, all of our Adventure programmes are structured to aid the development of your team. Activities are tailored to challenge, inspire, increase team work and motivate.
Personal and Team Development on site
At Alice Holt we provide various options for personal and team development. As with all our development programmes we design the structure having had discussion with our clients. Typical programmes incorporate orienteering, archery, shooting, climbing and team challenges. During your time with us there are stages of review to encourage the team to take the day back with them into their working and social life.
Off Site Development
Taking team building to the next level we provide time in the hills of Wales, Scotland or the Lake District and more locally, rock climbing. Based on out clients requirements this may either be staying at a hotel or camping outside in the wilds of the hills. These events really identify the team.
Conferencing
Around the UK and overseas Forestry Adventure are able to organise your event. Typically we have been involved in three day corporate events, organising the accommodation, conferencing facilities and personal & team development activities.
Fun Days
It's not all about personal and team development. Our actiities may be used as a reward for your team or clients. We have provided activities for company anniversaries and family fun days.
